Annual Meeting Notice

The 2026 Woods SOA Annual Meeting will be held Thursday, May 7, 2026 at 6:00 p.m.

The 2024 Annual Assessment is included below.

Note: The 2025 Annual assessment, coming in December 2024, will increase to $40 per year.

General Information

Note: The Speed Limit in the Woods Subdivision is 30 mph.

Many residents regularly walk the roads from before dawn well into the evening. Please drive carefully.

The roads in the subdivision are maintained by the county.
